Do I need a reservation?

Same-day reservations may be available, but booking ahead helps us serve you more smoothly.

How long does dressing take?

Dressing and hairstyling take approximately 30 minutes in total.

Can I come empty-handed?

We provide the kimono, obi, accessories and zori sandals, so you do not need to bring anything.

Can I wear kimono on a rainy day?

It is fine if the tabi socks get dirty, so you can enjoy sightseeing in kimono or yukata even on rainy days.

Do you offer hair and makeup services?

Yes. Makeup and hairstyling services are available; please ask our staff for details.

Are hair ornaments available?

Floral ornaments and kanzashi hairpins are available with hairstyling.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept major credit cards.

Can you store my luggage?

Luggage up to the standard size is stored free of charge. Large items such as suitcases are accepted for a fee.

Is parking available?

We do not have private parking. Please use a nearby paid car park.
